BASE - Build Your Foundation
With Base Membership, you’ll have everything you need to build a strong foundation.
Strength Programs like Intro2Lifting, Foundations, Momentum, and Squad help you develop rider-specific strength that shows up in the saddle.
Supplemental programs like Upper Body Alignment and Core Stability give you balance, coordination, improved posture and a softer seat.

PREMIUM - The Full DRT System
When you’re ready to take your training further, Premium Membership opens the door to the complete DRT experience.
You’ll gain access to every DRT program (1–5), plus specialty series like Hip Suppleness and High Performance — all taught through follow-along video classes where you simply press play and train with Nicola as your guide.
It’s a structured, progressive system that supports you every step of the way — helping you ride with more ease, power, and harmony year after year.

FAQs
How do I access the programs?
When purchasing you will receive login details to our website that contains the programs.
You will also be able to install our mobile app to access the program on your iPhone, iPad, or Android Phone/Tablet.
On the website or mobile app, you can push play and stream the video sessions, just like a youtube video.
Can I download the sessions?
The program videos are not downloadable, you get access to them as part of your DRT membership.
Are the workouts live?
No, the workouts are not live, you can do each session on-demand when it works best for you.
How long are the sessions?
Every program is different. For example the Strength Roadmap series of Intro2Lifting, Foundations, Momentum, Squad, these sessions are approximately 45 minutes, with a 3-day or 5-day option.
Upper Body Alignment has 45 minute sessions, with 2 sessions per week.
Core Stability has 15 minute sessions, with 4 sessions per week.
DRTs 1-5 has 20 minute sessions, with 3 sessions per week.
Over time once you progress, you can mix and match programs to suit, for example Core Stability can become a supplemental program that you add onto the beginning or end of another program session.
I have restricted shoulder movement, is this suitable?
Yes absolutely! In every session I show you modifications so that you can do to make it work for you. If you are having any troubles, you can contact us and we can help you find an adjustment or alternative that will work for you.
The Upper Body Alignment program is about improving your shoulder and spinal mobility from wherever your starting point may be.
I have a hip or knee replacement, can I do this?
Yes absolutely! These programs most certainly cater to you if you have had hip or knee replacements. There are options to manage this, and you can ask us for help at any time if you find there is something you cannot do. There is always an alternative!
Can I repeat sessions and go at my own pace?
Yes absolutely. You can work through each program at your own pace, and once you get a feel for how each program works, you can even combine programs for a tailored structure that works best for you.
How long do I have access to the programs for?
You have continual access for as long as your membership is active. You can choose either monthly or yearly renewal options.
Do you provide support and guidance?
Absolutely! I am here to help you every step of the way. We also have a fantastic community of past and current participants both on our website and private Facebook Group. They provide motivation, encouragement and support to each other. Because everyone is on the same journey and shares the same passion. You will love it!
Will these programs be too much for me?
It is highly unlikely. Average age of participants is 55, with 20% being age 60+, with many 70+ have completed the programs successfully. I am very conscious of the needs of this older demographic. Every session has options to make it easier if needed, and if there is something you cannot do, you can just let me know and we can find an alternative for you to do. As there is always another option!
Do I need any equipment?
Some programs do not require any equipment and are body-weight only exercises. These include 5 Minute Challenge, and Hip Suppleness.
The Strength Roadmap programs (Intro2Lifting, Foundations, Momentum, Squad), Upper Body Alignment and Core Stability require:
Dumbbells - beginners (2 to 4kg), intermediate (4-6kg)
Resistance band
Foam roller (optional)
Broomstick or dowel
The DRT 1-5 programs require a resistance band only. A Swiss Ball is also used in weeks 9-12 of these programs.
What if I've purchased a Premium program previously?
Maybe you have purchased and completed a Premium program in the past, such as Hip Suppleness, or DRTs 1-5.
In that case, you will have access to any previously purchased Premium program as part of a Base membership.
If you wish to access another Premium program that you have not purchased in the past, then you can choose the Premium membership.
