1. Mindset – Focused Attention
Mindset is everything when it comes to life and of course our riding. Often our own inner dialogue and chatter can hold us back from being able to do what we love and perform at our best.
So I wanted to help with this series of meditations, use them if you are competing or just use them to help you build more confidence in the saddle and throughout your rides. The same methods can be applied in both a competition setting and for each and every ride you do.
Our mindset needs to be strengthened just as much as our body, so aim to put some time aside to work on this and notice the impact this can have in the saddle and in your everyday life too.
There are 10 meditation mindset videos and each one builds upon the next, so begin at one and work your way through the series each day.
Repeat the whole series at least 3 times to really develop the skills and lessons you will learn.
Aim to do this series over a period of 10 days prior to competing to allow you to develop the right frame of mind and be in the best mental state possible on the day.
Each video builds upon its self in a gradual way, so begin here at number 1 and work your way through each video.
If then once you have finished you have a favourite, come back to that any time and repeat.
