2. Mindset – Reducing Noise

This is a series of 10 meditation mindset videos to help you develop the right mindset for competition and perform at your best.

Aim to do this series over a period of 10 days prior to competing to allow you to develop the right frame of mind and be in the best mental state possible on the day.

Each video builds upon its self in a gradual way, so begin at number 1 and work your way through each video. If then once you have finished you have a favourite, come back to that any time and repeat.
