007 – Why Sleeping More Can Help Your Riding

In this episode I discuss why sleeping more can help your riding and why it should be given the attention it deserves.

Yes I am suggesting you sleep more!

Easier said than done, but so incredibly important. Our body recovers and repairs while we sleep, so if you are lacking energy, motivation, having problems losing weight or simply struggling to get out of bed in the morning, start paying attention to how much you are sleeping and the quality of it.

Ideally aim for 8 hours and for most people I so go for 9-10 hours. Yip…go for more! Why, because in todays modern world we are so busy being busy that most of us are exhausted and if all did was tried to get more sleep you may be surprised at what this can do for how you feel each and every day.

In this episode I go into full detail about how you can improve your sleep, by mastering your routine. I also give you tools and ideas to try and help with your evening routine.

Small changes can make a big difference and sleep can help you unlock that energy and have more fuel to be able to enjoy your riding.

Tune in here or where ever your favourite source is at youtube, itunes, podbean, stitcher or spotify. My aim is to bring you an episode a week, so if you have any thing you would like me to discuss please do let me know.

I look forward to bringing you what I can and helping you improve your health and wellbeing as a rider, so you can enjoy it even more.
