This yoga is a more advanced one to the one I shared previously, great if you are ready to take it up to another level. Its a fantastic routine to really open up your hips and bring in some amazing core strength. Yoga can have some incredible benefits for dressage riders. As riders we want our horse to calmly move through the movements with grace and ease, so it just makes sense that we put that sort of training in practice off the horse to. Dressage is about feeling, flow, balance, mindfulness and breath and dressage is very much the same when done well.
As you do this routine think of focusing on your breathe and keeping your mind calm. Its just 20 minutes long, so enjoy this time for you.
