Now when you ride, you feel more confident and secure in the saddle. You've become more aware of what your body is doing on your horse, identified weaknesses and imbalances you may not have realised you had, and improved your posture. You feel the difference in your seat, your horse is more responsive, your hips are more mobile, and you no longer get breathless because your stamina has improved.

To get the full benefit you'll use a Swiss ball, a set of dumbbells (approximately 4kg), a foam roller and a resistance tube — hopefully most of which you already have from DRT1.
