Yoga is a really powerful tool to help you become more supple in the saddle. But you don’t need any flash gym gear, to bust out your candles or have essential oils burning unless of course, you want to.
The yoga I have included in our Dressage Rider Training program is very specific to riders, it’s about improving all the elements we need to be more stable and supple as a rider.
So in this video, I wanted to share a short little routine for you to try out before you ride. Hopefully, you notice how your body feels and the impact just a little time spent on you can have on the way your horse goes.
