Your mind is Google Maps for your life. It spends every second of your day mapping out the best way for you to reach what you’re after.
What you focus on inevitably is the direction you will head. If you believe you will fail, not good enough or don’t have what it takes, your mind will work to prove you right.
If you believe you have what it takes to succeed, again, your mind will look for every opportunity to assist you in doing so.
There are many different names for this law of attraction and I won’t go into this here. However, the point is, your thoughts define your actions and your actions define your outcome.
Learn to pay attention to your attention. Constantly evaluate the quality of your thoughts daily. And most importantly be aware of the fuel you are feeding your mind and your body.
